The slightly domed soundboard is made from halves of European straight-grained spruce with grain spacing varying from 36 to 22 per inch from the center to the sides. The rosette has a square wave in black mastic theme ring. Circles of black, green and natural colors surround the theme ring. The mahogany bridge is nicely carved with rounded ends to the wings, and its tie-block edges are protected by bone or plastic strips. Non-original bass and treble white plastic golpeadors are fitted. Back and sides are good quality cypress. Neck and head are cedar and the head is faced with padauk. The head is fitted with ebony tuning pegs with mother-of-pearl inserts and has a drilled hole for a hanging thong. The padauk fingerboard has the original brass T-shaped frets of medium height.

This guitar is smaller than concert instruments. Its sound is mostly in the middle range and it is in excellent condition.
